Effective October 9, 2026. These terms cover the ArrivalScreen TV app and the ArrivalScreen host service.
ArrivalScreen is provided by Cordova Technologies, LLC, Houston, Texas, USA ("we", "us"). The TV app shows a welcome display in a home; the host service lets property owners and managers ("hosts") manage what their TVs show. By installing the app or using the host service you agree to these terms. Guests who simply view a display in a home they are staying in are not required to agree to anything; the host is responsible for the display in their home.
You may install the TV app on televisions you own or control. The app shows only what the paired host account provides, plus a built-in sample home for demonstration. The app needs an internet connection. We may update the app and the content it shows at any time, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Hosts are responsible for everything they put on their screens: Wi-Fi details, house rules, contact details, photos, notices and any other text, and for connecting only reservation data they are entitled to use. Content must be lawful, accurate, and respectful of guests' privacy. Hosts must keep their account credentials private and may not use the service to display advertising for third parties, unlawful material, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
How we handle information is described in the ArrivalScreen Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The display uses third-party services for weather, background photos, hosting, and the destinations behind QR codes (for example a host's website or a review page). Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
ArrivalScreen is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that weather or other third-party information is accurate, or that a display will always reflect the latest reservation data. Hosts remain responsible for communicating essential information to their guests by other means where it matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordova Technologies, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of bookings, revenue or data, arising from the use of or inability to use ArrivalScreen. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount the host paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if nothing was paid.
Hosts can stop using the service at any time by unpairing their TVs and asking us to delete their account. We may suspend or end access to the service for a breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
If we change these terms, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
