ArrivalScreen

Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026. This policy explains what the ArrivalScreen TV app and host service do with information, and what they do not do.

Who we are

ArrivalScreen is made and operated by Cordova Technologies, LLC, Houston, Texas, USA ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@cordovatechnologies.com.

Two kinds of people use ArrivalScreen

Guests see the ArrivalScreen display on a TV in a home they are staying in. Hosts are the property owners or managers who install the app on their TVs and manage what it shows through a host account.

What the TV app collects

The TV app does not ask the viewer for any information, has no sign-in, and sets no advertising or tracking identifiers. To work, it sends the following to our servers:

The TV app does not use the TV's camera or microphone, does not read viewing history, and does not collect names, contact details, location or payment information from viewers.

Guest information shown on the screen

The display can show a guest's first name, stay dates, number of guests and preferred language. This information is not collected by the TV. It comes from the host's own reservation records in their property management system, which the host has connected to their account, and it is shown only on the TV in the home that reservation belongs to. It is replaced automatically when the stay ends. Guests who have questions about the reservation information a host holds should contact the host.

What the host service collects

Hosts provide the content shown on their screens: home name and address, Wi-Fi details, house rules, check-out steps, recommendations, contact details, photos, notices and similar text. Hosts also connect reservation data from their property management system so the screen can greet the current guest. We store this information to provide the service to the host. Host account credentials are stored in hashed form.

Services we use to run the display

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Retention

Device tokens and diagnostics are kept while a TV is paired and deleted when the host removes the TV. Reservation details are kept only as long as the host's connected system provides them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Children

ArrivalScreen is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices and rights

Hosts can edit or delete the content and TVs in their account at any time, and can ask us to delete their account by email. Guests who want reservation information corrected or removed from a display should contact the host, who controls that data. Where local law gives you rights to access or delete personal information, you can exercise them by emailing us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
